OK my wife and I are staying at the sleep in next door to this place. The front desk recommend it for dinner, but when we glanced at it from the hotel window our first thought was hmm, this place looks a bit shady. Do not judge this Gem by the outside appearance! Best Italian we have had in recent memory, and in rural Oklahoma no less. The pasta sampler was a perfect amount after a long drive all the way from California.

This was the last thing I expected to find out in rural Oklahoma...a good quality Italian restaurant where the workers actually speak Italian to each other and play Italian music? Yes, please! Ambiance? Quiet, if anything...there wasn't another soul in the place for a Saturday lunch. I feel like they're more of a dinner place. The Italian music kept things interesting, so that's alright. Service? Pretty good. Our guy was nice. Food? Really good! I was boring and got fettuccine alfredo...pretty yummy. My dad's eggplant parmesan...it was AWESOME!!!! My mom also said that her manicotti was great...I didn't try it, I'm not a fan of ricotta. They have a lot more authentic Italian dishes than you typically see in Italian restaurants in areas like this...I didn't really order one...not like fettuccine is exotic...but still, if I lived around Elk City I'd totally go back.

We were hesitant that an Italian restaurant in the middle of nowhere would be good. We tried the pizza and antipasto... And both were delicious! The service was great and quick. Especially since we had 5 children with us. I would recommend! -- at Roma's Italian Bistro.

Stopped here randomly on the way out of town and was glad I did. The food here is really delicious. The staff here is very nice. I got the veggie pizza and the ingredients tasted so fresh.

If you're looking for a quick off and back on stop along I40 consider Roma's Italian. Very fast and friendly service. Bread is excellent and pasta dishes are fine. Their version of carbonara is different but interesting.

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner here. It's a clean and friendly place to stop and enjoy a meal. The food was very good and the service was great! We would stop by again the next time we are in the area. If you love Italian food you won't been disappointed.

I had an excellent dinner, took it to go. Large portion, well seasoned, and very tasty. I would give 5 stars, but, I asked for it spicy, and include some packs of crushed red pepper. None was provided, and the dish had none within it. Yes I would eat here again.

Wow what a terrific surprise after a long days drive - I had the chicken garlic spinach calzone - so flipping good & huge. I wish I would have asked for 2 delicious marinara sauces. The restaurant decor is so stylish & the team of employees very nice, kind & helpful. I highly recommend this place & if ever around this part of the USA I will most definitely return.

It is just like the reviews said! frequently roadtripping coast to coast from New York to Cali you rarely find a place as good as this in the middle of nowhere, no offence to the locals. we will for sure be stopping by on our way through next time!

Route 66 charm and Italian American comfort food. Friendly, comfortable in its own skin. Just right eggplant parmigiana glass of Pinot Grigio and salad on an ice cold plate.

I had the pasta sampler and my husband had the tilapia. It was very good food. Would eat there again when passing through.

We had lunch here and like the other reviewers, was pleasantly surprised. I had the primavera, our daughter had the carbonara and my husband had the ravioli and meatballs. All were wonderful! We had a house dressing on our salads. It was fresh and delicious as was the bread. I picked up a "go" menu as we left. Next time I need to take dinner home, it'll be from Roma's and not Pizza Hut. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The restaurant was very clean.

We walked in 30 minutes before closing expecting to have to take our food to go. They were friendly, helpful and told us to have a seat. We were not rushed by them at all. We ordered and the food was delicious and filling. We had such a great experience with their food AND their great customer service. :)

My husband and I ate here on our way from D.C. to San Diego. The gentlemen who run the place are very friendly and the ingredients on our pizza were super fresh (especially the chiffonade basil) and delicious. It was also fast. We were both extremely impressed and amazed that a restaurant of this caliber is in Elk City. We definitely recommend it and would love to eat here again if in the area.

Ordered food to go from this great find in the middle of nowhere while staying at the La Quinta across the street (on a road trip from California to the east). They were so friendly and the food was really pretty top notch. Totally exceeded any expectation I had!!

Wonderful little place to eat just off the Interstate. Pizza was good. Chicken & Spinach roll was delicious. If you are on the road traveling, it is a nice break. Friendly wait staff too.

Really good food and very good service. We had our entire soccer team and they did a great job of serving everybody. I had the pasta sampler and it was really good.
